Seeing someone happy never gets old.
Ever since I was born, I smiled to see someone smile. In elementary school I tried to do everything possible to make fool of myself to get my classmates to laugh. My natural instinct to bring joy to other human beings, sparked my interest in user experience design.
When I was learning about Tiffany Co., the business model of preserving our natural environment really speak to me about how caring they are with world.
I am always eager to find other ways to bring unforgettable services to customers, from silly class clown to applying for Tiffany & Co. product design team.
Why Me?
I understand how important it is to understand users first.
Putting focus to end users, I constantly try to see reviews or reactions to see what are strength and weakness of the current solutions. There are no perfect solution.
Pencil lines are the way I visualize concept to communicate with team, while I bring them alive in Sketch to gather more accurate data form user testing.
MY Experience
Worked closely with marketing team, finance team to monitor customers’ patterns
Collaborated with strong engineer, design, sales team to put together product conference shows, on-site seminars, and tradeshows.
Cold called & visited customers through out 50 states to learn their pain points and situations.
Actively searched various solutions for installations and promotions to keep our customers engaged in our services.
